Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we appreciate a call 24 hours in advance. This allows us to schedule and service other clients. If the client cancels 24 hours ahead of the appointment, there will be no charge. If the client cancels within less than 24 hours, the client will be charged the full amount of the services schedule.

Late Policy

If the client is late, the appointment will start ASAP and the appointment will end at the originally scheduled time. If we do not have another appointment following your services then we can extend the end time to provide you with the full length of the services. If we do have a another appointment after yours, the appointment will end as scheduled and you will be charged for the full amount of the services.

No show up Policy

If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
